Dibrugarh, May 30: The annual Jananeta Ramesh Chandra Barooah prize money quiz competition was held here recently at Shankardev Kaksha, D.H.S.K College. The competition witnessed around 60 participants from Junior College to University level. It was conducted by Anupam Bhuyan of Jorhat. While all the participants exhibited their share of general knowledge, Sandopal Saikia and Seuj Dahatia of Dibrugarh University bagged the first prize of 10,000 rupees. The second prize of 6000 rupees was won by Arnal Handique and Nikesh Chetri of Prateeti Junior College, and Prabal Kalita and Mana Phukan of Moran Uchyatar Madhyamik Vidyalaya earned the third prize in the form of 4000 rupees.
