Indo-Pak on Harassment Issues

Guwahati: After 2003 ceasefire observance was breached, India Pakistan’s deal to follow 1992 CoC (Code of Conduct) to end harassment/ threats to diplomats also seems shattered. Thrice, Pakistan has formally registered the protest wth MEA about diplomats getting harassed by Indian authorities. An Indian Air Adviser was held at Islamabad airport for not having ID card given by Pakistan Foreign Ministry. Though as per South Block source, his card renewal is awaited by MoFA.
