| Governor flags off mountaineering expedition |

Itanagar, Sept 23: Arunachal Pradesh Governor General (Retd) J J Singh today flagged off a mountaineering expedition to Mount Gorichen, one of the highest mountains in the eastern Himalayan range, located in the State. The 26-day expedition was flagged from Raj Bhawan here, a communiqué informed. Mount Gorichen is 6,488 meters above sea level.
