GUWAHATI, Oct 1: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki has issued a legal notice to Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) general secretary Anil Raja for the latter’s recent statement that Tuki had given Rs 1 crore to APCC general secretary Rajesh Joshi for the party fund.
