| Arunachalee IAS officer dies |

ITANAGAR, Feb 2: Former IAS officer Jikom Riba, who had retired in 1994, passed away after brief illness in Niba Hospital here yesterday.
He was 77 and is survived by his wife Lomte Riba, four sons and a daughter. The final rites will take place at his native village Ego–Dari on Sunday, family sources said.
