Itanagar, Jun 23: Good news awaits lovers of shuttle sports with the Arunachal State Badminton Association (ASBA) set to host Dorjee Khandu Memorial State Open Badminton Championship -2012 from August 20 to 25.

A number of events – U-13, U-15 & 19 boys and girls (singles & doubles), and inter–district open tournament, will be held during the championship.

Besides, senior open men’s and women’s (singles and doubles) events, special contest of sub-veteran 35+ & veteran 45+ are also scheduled to be conducted, official sources informed here today.
