SILCHAR, Nov 2: In order to celebrate the second anniversary of its twelve month book fair, the Abahan, a book stall, located at Premtola point of the town, has chalked out a function that will be held in the premises of Hari Sabha temple on Nov 4.
The well-known journalist and writer Ranjan Bandhopadhaya will grace the occasion as the chief guest.
