GUWAHATI, June 19: A dead body was recovered from a drain near AG office in Beltola today, after locals spotted the man and informed the police. The dead body has been identified as that of Bijoy Choudhuri, a resident of Trinayan Nagar, Beltola. Injury marks was found on his head and parts of his body. While some suspect that the man was some hit by some miscreants, others called it an accident. The local police filed a case in this regard. Meanwhile, the body has been sent to the GMCH for post-mortem.
