GUWAHATI, June 23: Karmashree Hiteswar Saikia Junior College has offered free of cost admission for those who have secured above 60 per cent in the HSLC examinations. Keeping in mind the fact that thousands of students are facing difficulties in getting admission in known educational institutions, the College authority informed that, twenty-one students have come out with flying colours with letter marks in different subjects and pass percentage of 99 per cent in Arts and 100 per cent in Commerce stream, this academic year. The college authority has also taken the initiative of giving free Computer education training from July 4, for the benefit of the poverty-stricken students of the whole locality, stated a release.
