GUWAHATI, July 3: Ashikho Lassa, a senior grade Indian Information Service Officer has taken over charge of Additional Director General (Media and Communication) of the Press Information Bureau, Regional Office, Guwahati from Bidyasagar Narzary on June 29. Bidyasagar Narzary, who was earlier in charge of the department has been transferred to PIB, New Delhi in the same capacity. Lassa earlier worked at Field Publicity Office, Kohima as ADG, stated a release.
