GUWAHATI, Aug 7: One bike lifter, Anwar Islam was arrested by the Jalukbari police from Jalukbari Rotary point today. Anwar had stolen the bike with registration number AS-01-AT-8970 from Bhagaduttapur in Kahilipara. With this, the total number of theft cases solved by the Jalukbari police has risen to 4 in the past one week. Meanwhile, 21 bikes and 14 bike lifters have been caught by the police in the last seven months, informed Police inspector of Jalukbari PS, Satyendra Singh. |
