SHILLONG, July 22: The Meghalaya Police arrested Jephalson Lawai (29) and Ribiang Khariap (24) of Nongdawah village in Mawryngkneng, East Khasi Hills district, for trying to loot sugar bags from a truck on Sunday afternoon.
