Where has the money for Umiam's de-siltation gone?

SHILLONG, Oct 19: It is virtually not clear on how the State government utilized the Rs 1.8 crore funded by the Centre for de-siltation of the Umiam (Barapani) reservoir located barely 20 kms from Shillong.
