SHILLONG, July 8: A SWAT (special weapons and tactics) team of the Meghalaya Police on Sunday morning arrested two persons for their involvement in lifting a vehicle from the Laban, Last Stop area. Police said that the Bolero (ML-05F 4662) stolen on July 6 was recovered from Rilbong today morning and two persons involved in the crime Nongthomban Sanatemba Singh (46) of Imphal and Haru Das (22) of Silchar were arrested. Meanwhile, in another incident, 140 mobiles sets worth Rs 6, 50,000 were stolen by miscreants from an electronics shop located at GS Road, Shillong and is owned by Inder Singh.
