Rebels from banned outfits surrender in Manipur

Imphal, Sept 26: More than 114 rebels belonging to various outlawed outfits such as UNLF, PLA, KCP, KYKL, PREPAK, KNLF, UPRF, KLA, KNLA, UPPK, UNPC and PULF surrendered their arms to Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh on Wednesday at the office of the IGAR (South) in Mantri Pukhri near Imphal.
