'Youths arrested as rebels will be subjected to proper verification'

IMPHAL, Oct 17: Manipur Home Minister G Gaikhangam said, “All the youths  who are handed over to the police by the security forces suspecting them as rebels cannot be treated so. All the youths would be subjected to proper verification.”
