Dibrugarh, Oct 15: Former head Moulana of Darul Uloom Madrassa (1981 to 2007), Moulana Mohammed Hussain, a resident of Nazmul Hussain Colony, Naliapool expired today at Holy Mecca during the Haj Pilgrimage.
