KOKRAJHAR, April 9: BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary has placed the Council’s budget of Rs 320.41 crore for the year 2012-13 in the budget session which gets underway from today at Bodofa Nwgwr.
Mohilary read out the budget speech before the members of the Council. The budget would be passed tomorrow. During the first day, the MCLAs of the Council, Labendra Basumatary, Kartik Chandra Basumatary and Rabindra Bala raised questions during the session on the education, medical and irrigation. |
