DEMOW, July 9: The 14th annual conference of the Sivasagar district unit of AASU is underway at Demow with all preparations for the event already completed. The conference, which is slated to take place on July 12, 13 and 14 at the public field, is expected to bring 2,000 delegates of AASU and well known personalities from all over Assam, including the Central leadership of the organization. The conference will provide a platform to various delegates to put forward their deliberations on various issues before the student community. A cultural programme will also be held with Debojit Saha as a star attraction.
