DIBRUGARH, Aug 19: Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council (SKAC) under the initiative of its Chief Executive officer, Milon Sonowal will start technical training course at Saraswati Devi Bagrodia Higher Secondary school, Tengakhat from September 2012. The course  will include training in Stenography, Plumbing, and Cutting and Tailoring. A Higher secondary passed candidates will be able to collect the application forms the second block of the SKAC and submit the fill up applications till Aug 30. Each trade will have ten participants including one for physically challenged person. The Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Government of Assam will impart the training in all the three trades.
