CHAMATA, Aug 22: The situation in Rangiya is normal now, sources from the district administration informed local media persons  today. “Though situation of the area is under control, still we have imposed 144 in Rangiya and Nalbari,” Kamrup (rural) superintendent of police Partha Sarathi Mahanta said.
