Bongaigaon, June 19: Sensation evoked in Chirang district following the suicide of girl. The deceased has been identified as Rashida Sarkar (18) a resident of Purani Bijni village under Bijni PS of Chirang district. Sources said, the body was found at the Railway track in Maneswari village between Bijni and Patiladaha Railway station. Baccha Ali Sarkar, father of Rashida said that they did not notice any uneasiness or any change in Rashida’s behaviour today. “Unlike other days she completed her works and then came out for her knitting classes. We even don’t know whether it is a suicide or an accident,” he said. Government Railway Police from Bongaigaon Railway station arrived at the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. After that her body has been handed over to the family.
