From our correspondent
Itanagar, March 8: The Arunachal Pradesh Colleges’ Forum (APCF) has submitted a memorandum to the vice-chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University, demanding a second chance for those final year students who have back papers in first and third semesters. In the three-point memorandum, the APCF also sought that students be allowed to appear in supplementary examination, besides early declaration of previous semester examination result before starting of the upcoming semester and strict checking of answer sheets. The forum further threatened to resort to democratic action in case its demands are not met within a period of 10 days, a press release stated on Thursday.
