Q. I have a plot measuring almost 3 bighas where I wish to construct shopping mall. The plot is not rectangular. Can you suggest what is to be done in this regard? I am attaching the sketch of the plot.

Ans: This is highly irresgular. Normally, we would have suggested to cut off the extended portions to regularize the same, but in this case it may not be cost effective due to high land prices on GS Road. You can energize the plot by burying vaastu pyramids in the centre or Brahmasthan. Normally, 9 pyramids are required for plots of size less than 10,000 square feet. Otherwise, multiples of nine pyramids. In your case 9x9=81 pyramids will be needed in the centre.
