GUWAHATI, January 1: The 4th Conference of BEF(NER) will be  held on January 3 and 4 at the Institution of Engineers, Panbazar here. About 400 delegates and observers from different parts of the northeastern region shall participate in the conference to transact on various issues confronting the bank employees of the northeastern States, including merger and acquisition of banks, outsourcing of core banking function, privatization, FDI in Public Sector Banks, opening of more branches in the northeastern States, etc.
