Insurgent held

IMPHAL, January 4: The Thoubal district police commandos arrested this morning one hardcore insurgent of the United tiol Liberation Front. He was identified as Sam Sabam of Nongpok Keithelmanbi in the district. Later, the commandos also arrested Letinhao Haokip, an insurgent of the Kuki tiol Front (N group) during another raid. Police have seized one 9mm pistol with five rounds from them.
