Prize money quiz competition held

DIBRUGARH, January 6: Anubhav Kumar Das of Vivekanda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dibrugarh and Swapnil Duwara of St. Xavier’s School, Dibrugarh became the champions of the Dibrugarh District Prize Money Quiz Competition, 2014–2015 held among school children at the District Library Auditorium recently.

The quiz competition   was organized by DJ Group in association with E–lap Educatiol Society and saw the participation of 72 schools. In the mega fil, four teams that included eight competitors from eight schools took part. Faridur Rahman conducted the quiz.

The winning team took away Rs 10, 000 cash award, two trophies and citation. The other six filists were given trophies and citations.

The students of the first and second rounds also received citations from invited guests. The Director of E–lap Society and DJ Group, Dibyajyoti Das, also announced the opening of a new office and programmes to be held in lower Assam.
