Tezpur, May 26: Anubhobor Phulonit Soru Soru Kothare, a collection of Assamese short stories and penned by Darak Ullah, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sonitpur, Tezpur, in collaboration with Tezpur Sahitya Sabha, was released on Saturday at a programme held at the Tezpur Sahitya Sabha premises.

The book contains 44 stories on various topics covering law to literature, science to history, and culture. The unique characters of this book are folk artist Puspendra Borah, Limca Book of Record holder in flute from Tezpur, actor and director Jibon Borah of Tezpur, mother of the writer Nur Jahan Begum of Sivsagar, veteran volleyball player Laila Anjuman Ara Begum Baruah of Tezpur, Mohan Chandra Borah of Jorhat, a young organic cultivator who has been working hard for protection of seeds and has been maintaining Annapurna Seeds Library, the first seeds library of Asia, and Nabanita Devi of Jorhat, a young girl who has shown the example of organic cultivation and was awarded the Best Achievement Award.
