110th Sitala Puja celebration

DEMOW, June 19: The Sitala Mandir situated near NH-37 road is one of the oldest temples in Demow area and on Tuesday, the 110th Sitala Puja was organized in Demow Chariali. Many devotees came from various places to offer prayers and seek blessings from Goddess Sitala. On Tuesday morning, the puja start with aarti and rituals was performed accordingly. In the evening khichdri prasaad was distributed among the people. At night bhajans were sung.
