Nishanta appointed as NCA Faculty member

GUWAHATI, June 19: Former state cricketer Nishanta Bordoloi has been appointed as one of the faculty members for National Cricket Academy, BCCI for the coaches courses. Nishanta has already finished educating one batch at Himachal Pradesh and will start the next one in Assam. It is worth mentioning that Nishanta is the only person from Assam till date to be among the Faculty.He played 35 first class matches for Assam scored 1226 runs with 151(no) was his best. Later he also served as strength-conditioning and fielding coach of Delhi Ranji team and IPL outfit Kings XI Punjab along with India Under 23 team for Asia Cup, India camps for Under 19, Zonal Camps and few others.
