Guwahati: The Education Minister of Assam Ranoj Pegu on Monday launched an online portal to maintain the records of the marks obtained by the students in Half-yearly and Annual Exams conducted by the schools.

On his Twitter, Pegu said that, "launched an online portal to maintain the records of the marks obtained by the students in Half-yearly and Annual Exams conducted by the schools".

He also informed that the schools shall upload the marks on SEBA portal.

Earlier, Pegu ceremonially inaugurated a children's park and a gymnasium at Misamari HS School campus under the Garubandha Gaon Panchayat near Ranagapara town on Tuesday. Inaugurating the two big budget projects completed under the Assam Government's 14th Finance Commission Grant, in presence of the Minister for Irrigation and Housing and Urban Development, Ashok Singhal, the minister said that the State was on the right track of development.

Addressing a huge gathering in the open session organized in connection with the event, Dr. Pegu also urged all concerned to come forward for the development of areas like Misamari. Addressing the gathering, Ashok Singhal said that besides other sectors, the State Government was giving more emphasis on the education sector. The programme was held under the aegis of Principal of the school, Kanak Chandra Bardaloi.
