Summer drama workshop held in Nalbari

NALBARI: Synchronizing with the motto of all-round development of the students, Iswari, a socio- cultural organization of Barkhala, Nalbari organized a summer workshop of drama on Tuesday at PB Dhirdutta HS School. Sachindra Sarma, the president of SMDC of PB Dhirdutta H S School inaugurated the workshop. Actor Bubul Kalita, senior journalist Naren Sarma, retired teacher Haridev Bhattacharyya, Diganta Sarma, Pulen Chandra Das and many students and guardians were present at the inaugural function. Iswari, the socio- cultural organization has been conducting such a drama workshop for nine years at a stretch. Renowned director and actor Bubul Kalita said that such a workshop at a remote village like Barkhala has been paving a new way for the kids.
