New Executive Committee (EC) of Lawn Bowling Association Assam (LBAA) formed

GUWAHATI: The Lawn Bowling Association Assam (LBAA) constituted new executive committee during its Annual General Meeting held in Bongaigaon today. The members present in the meeting unanimously re-elected Durgadas Boro as president. Naba Basumatary and Imtiaz Ahmed were also retained as secretary and treasurer respectively. Among others present in the meeting were BFI Treasurer KBS Rathi, Jagyabati Basumatary, DSO, Bongaigaon and Budhiswar Biswas, Returning Officer. In the meeting Rathi said the Bowling Federation of India has allotted the India coaching-cum-selection camp in Guwahati early next year.

The newly constituted committee has vowed its resolution towards the development of the game of Lawn Bowls in Assam.
