Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has allowed Allahbadia to resume his show, provided it adheres to decency and morality standards. The show faced backlash after Allahbadia made offensive remarks on air.

In his plea, Allahbadia pointed out the effect of the ban on his business, stating that he has 280 employees. The Supreme Court recognized the significance of fundamental rights but asserted that they are subject to some limitations.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta called the show "not vulgar, but perverse," pointing to the necessity of regulatory steps to ensure that content is in accordance with societal moral standards.
