BTC Election is to elect members to autonomous district council for the Bodoland Territorial Region in India.
The 2020 Bodoland Territorial Council election is to be held between 7 and 10 December 2020.
All 40 elected seats in the council will be up for election.
The elections were due to be held on 4 April 2020 but were postponed due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
All India United Democratic Front has 27 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
Asom Gana Parishad has18 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
Bharatiya Janata Party has 21 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
Bodoland People's Front has15 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
Indian National Congress has 20 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
United People's Party Liberal has 22 candidates that are taking part in BTC Election 2020.
On 26 Nov 2020 some BTAD groups including Bodoland People’s Front (BPF), United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL), and others continued to campaign.
