Coldplay has broken the record for the highest attendance in music tour history, surpassing Taylor Swift's ‘Eras’ Tour. The band's ‘Music of the Spheres’ World Tour has sold over 10.3 million tickets, surpassing Swift’s 10.1 million, as confirmed by Guinness World Records.

Coldplay's record-breaking attendance was boosted by their India concerts, with three shows in Mumbai at the DY Patil Sports Stadium on January 18, 19, and 21. Followed by two performances in Ahmedabad at Narendra Modi Stadium on January 25 and 26.

Each night saw over 130,000 fans, setting the largest stadium show of the 21st century. Coldplay’s tour has drawn 10.3 million fans across 175 concerts, including record-breaking shows in New Zealand and India.

After wrapping up their India concerts, Coldplay expressed their gratitude on social media, saying, "Thank you, Ahmedabad; thank you, India. We’ll never forget these two weeks. Your love and kindness will stay with us forever."

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also highlighted India’s growing potential to host global live events, celebrating the success of Coldplay’s India tour as a milestone for the country’s concert infrastructure.
