India is witnessing a significant increase in live music events, attracting both international and local artists. This surge is reshaping the entertainment landscape nationwide.

Lately, people have been standing in queues for a long time, whether it's to get tickets to a concert or to see Bryan Adams, Dua Lipa, Diljit Dosanjh, or Avenged Sevenfold perform live.

Recognizing the expanding market, international artists like Dua Lipa, Maroon 5, and Ed Sheeran are including India in their tour schedules, further boosting the concert scene.

With growing disposable incomes, especially among the youth, more individuals can afford concert tickets. This economic shift has led to a higher demand for live entertainment experiences.

India's large population of millennials and Gen Z, passionate about music and live events, is a key factor in the increasing number of concerts. Their enthusiasm propels the live music scene.

India's status as the second-largest audio streaming market has heightened interest in live performances as fans seek to experience their favorite artists in person.

The live entertainment market in India, encompassing music, comedy, and theatre, has seen a 35% increase in events this year, with revenue expected to reach $1.7 billion by 2026.
