Assam Police Officer martyred in gunfire with ULFA-I

Assam Police's Sub-Inspector Bhaskar Kalita, Officer-in-Charge, Bordumsa PS,Tinsukia district, martyred in line of duty in a gun battle with the Ulfa (I) cadres on Friday. He was hit by several bullets following which he was taken to Tinsukia Civil Hospital but was declared dead.
