Athgaon Masjid to be converted into contanment zone: Himanta Biswa

GUWAHATI: Athgaon Masjid to be converted into containment zone, informed Himanta Biswa Sarma, Assam Health Minister.

The decision was taken after the administration learned that a meeting of 100 people was organised at the Masjid on March 12. Three people tested COVID-19 positive from there. Participants in the meeting included people from the Markaz from Delhi as well as local people.
