Northeast Frontier Railway conducts one day safety audit

GUWAHATI: A one day safety audit on safety of train running was held on Sunday at Lumding and Rangiya Division respectively. The safety audit was organized by the safety organisation of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) including senior officials of Lumding Division and Rangiya Division. Departments like Civil Engineering, Operating and Railway Protection Force (RPF) attended in the audit to check various items.

MK Agrawal, Principal Chief Safety Officer, Hari Singh, ADRM/Lumding Division, Pradip Kumar Hira, Deputy Chief Safety Officer (Mechanical) and other senior officials were also present during major bridge inspection at Saraighat Bridge, stated a press release.
