COVID-19 & negativity

World Health Organization with their issued guidelines stated that the people in risk of COVID-19 on the context of protecting mental health should avoid watching, reading or listening to news that cause them feel anxious or distressed, seek information mainly to take practical steps to prepare their plans and protect yourself and loved ones.

COVID-19 is now not just a major concern to be dealt with physically but also mentally. The mental pressure is surging in between the ones tested and the ones still not tested but are prone to fall sick through this virus. Even though people are taking necessary steps to keep calm and patient, indulge in qualitative activities but deep inside each one of us is worried. Has community spread started and is it on its peak?

Just like understanding AIDS as a disease took a lot of time, COVID-19 will also need time and proper understanding but till then spreading hate and negativity should end. The government is trying its best to make everything normal and we can only provide a bit of our help in it with following social distancing and taking precautionary measure while we're out and not spreading unnecessary hate and fake news among ourselves.
