Ex gratia from PM's fund

It is welcoming gesture that Prime Minister Narendra Modi sancioned ex gratia of Rs. 2 lakh for the next of kin of each of the persons who lost their lives due to floods in Assam from the PM's National Relief Fund. Of course, he visited floods in other states and sanctioned large amounts. Anyhow, now it is the duty of the Assam Government to look into the matter for disbursement to the genuine people.
