Lack of communication

Part of the misbehaviour displayed by the returnees to Assam is owing to the deficiency of adequate communication. As one of the air travellers, I observed that several fellow passengers were oblivious or unfamiliar with the norms and guidelines enacted by the State. Also, the many steps involved in quarantining people from the airport to the facilities leave people disgruntled and deeply perplexed.

I would like to request the administration to assign a representative at the airport who would help the travellers to become familiar with the procedures and protocols of the State. The strategy is significantly effective as I have implemented this on my fellow passengers without being incoherent.
