Need for social distancing

The first coronavirus outbreak in Assam has left the entire population spooked. After the confirmation by the Health Minister on twitter that a 52-year-old person has been found COVID-19 positive, a sudden cauldron is seen in the State. This is definitely a red alert for us. Despite the imposition of 21-day lockdown, people acted like they would never be a victim of the virus. They seemed to be still unaware about the unfortunate reality that there is no antidote as of now for the same. So, through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to urge the public to stay indoors as much as possible until the chain of transmission gets broken, owing to the fact that this is the only way to prevent that pernicious thing from getting permeate.
