Random swab test

It is happy to note that 3,202 of the 5,006 COVID-19 infected people have been discharged from hospital. It is a good sign to fight the war against the virus.

We have learnt from your esteemed daily and various electronic media that in the State's capital city, 50,000 random swab tests in 118 containment zones are going to be conducted by the health department. It is a welcome step. Now, the question is that whether government is collecting swabs in other districts also in large scale. Because people are migrated from Guwahati to other districts or some people may come from outside the State without the knowledge of local or district administrations. Even some people are hiding. If the government conducts random tests in other places as well the possibilities of spread of COVID-19 positive cases become less.
