The recent mob lynching of two sadhus along with a driver at Palghar in Maharashtra, 120 km from

Mumbai, in the presence of armed police and forest personnel is shocking amidst the nationwide lockdown. This incident raises several questions to the minds of common people like us. Are we safe in the present situation? Are the police personnel not trained enough to safeguard us from those killers? If they (policemen) are equipped with arms can’t they use them to disperse the mob, at least to save the

Lives of innocent people? The video which went viral shows clearly that the policemen handed over the two innocent sadhus to the unruly mob that brutally killed them on the spot. They (sadhus) were leading to the policemen to save their lives, but to avail no help. Justice will be done to the two departed soul if the policemen and the perpetrators are given stringent punishment by the court of law through a fast-track hearing.
