Transport Minster's view on MSME Ordinance

The clarification given by our Transport/Industry Minister regarding the MSME Ordinance has cleared some of the doubts. It is my humble request that the clauses for the setting up for MSMEs should be such that the locals are benefitted. At times, it is seen that the conditions set are such that they are outside the purview of our locals even to participate in the process. Nepotism, surely exists here too. Can the MSME Ordinance 2020 bring succour to our brethren amidst this pandemic crisis? Let us wait and see. Shelling out Rs.1 crore by an indigenous person at this hour does not seem to be realistic.

The indigenous landowner/agriculturist land value should be ascertained on a par with the market value of any such kind of industry whose techno feasibility report proves or ascertains a profitable venture. If it is so, the agriculturist or the fellow people near the industry should be well trained as to be directly involved in the economic activity from labour to the director as the case may be. The skill should be taught so as when the industry comes into existence, the local people also get benefited in the pry of development and the blessings of this land can be harvested equally by the investor as well as the landowner and the nearby people. The social obligation can thus be preserved before the society turns chaotic where a handful of industrialists exploit the subsidies for their vested interests and for their vested masters. Such kind of a policy can be well chalked out, passed in the Legislation and the Parliament where the local people's prosperity is also ensured along with the process of industrialization. This will have a realistic approach to many a problem that the present society is facing as the intellectuals are basically impractical.
