338 passengers screened at LGBI Airport and Sarusajai

GUWAHATI: A total of 338 incoming passengers were screened at Sarusajai and Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBI) on Saturday. A total of 21,599 incoming passengers have been screened at both the aforementioned places since May 4. Out of the total screened people on Saturday, 41 were sent to Sarusajai quarantine centre and 150 were sent to hotels.
Meanwhile, as many as 687 people were released from various quarantine facilities on Friday. A total of 13,486 people have been released from quarantine facilities since May 10.
As many as 285 persons were released from home quarantine directly from the counters of Sarusajai and Kiranshree on Friday. A total of 4,696 persons have been released from both the quarantine facilities since May 13.
