4 students clear UPSC under Mission 100 initiative

GUWAHATI: “Assam is filled with capabilities, which if tapped in a sustainable and efficient manner, will deliver the never anticipated outcomes. It is encouraging to see the growing numbers in successful candidates in UPSC from the state. My best congratulations to all successful candidates from the state and country” said, Sankar Ray, Director of North East Institute of Advanced Studies (Northeast IAS).

Under the Mission 100 initiative of Northeast IAS were able to produce four UPSC toppers in this year. Chahat Bajpai Rank 59, Vishal Sah Rank 63, Shivendu Bhusan Rank 120 and Sudhanshu Nayak Rank 500 are the successful candidates.

Under the Mission 100 initiative seven UPSC and 38 APSC toppers in less than three years were produced. “It is encouraging to see that professional training has been deemed as extremely important in recent times to prepare our youth not only for cracking competitive examinations of different kinds but also for inculcating in them professional and employable skills,” Ray added.
