APSC job scam: Delay by Dispur flayed; Manas Pratim Baruah

GUWAHATI: An organization named 'Fight against Injustice of APSC' has alleged that due to lack of cooperation from the State government with the judicial committee formed following a directive of the Gauhati High Court has prevented many aspects of the cash-for-job scam in the APSC from being exposed. On behalf of the organization, Manas Pratim Baruah has alleged that the State government tom-tommed the arrest of a number of people in connection with the cash-for-job scam in the APSC. "However, Home and Political and other departments of the State government mysteriously gave the judicial committee the cold shoulder, leading to the delay in the inquiry process," Baruah said.
